Washbasin Countertop in Krion in Milan

This project involved the creation of a custom washbasin countertop in Krion Snow White for a public space in Milan. The continuous horizontal run spans the entire wall, serving several stations with a single top.

Krion Snow White is the ideal choice for washrooms in high-traffic public spaces: a compact, non-porous surface, resistant to intensive use and easy to sanitise at every cleaning cycle.

The under-mounted KUP washbasins are integrated into the top with invisible joints: no visible edges, no collection points for water and dirt — just one continuous white surface.

The washbasin countertop was shaped and assembled in the GP Design workshop in Vicenza, Italy, followed by final installation in Milan: contract Solid Surface fabrication applied to collective spaces.

GP Design is a specialist craft workshop focused on Solid Surface fabrication, based in Vicenza, Italy. It produces custom surfaces for residential and commercial environments, working on private commissions and architectural projects.
