This project involved the creation of a wooden reception desk in mahogany for the lobby of Torre Milano. The imposing volume of the desk welcomes residents and guests, defining the character of the representative entrance.
Mahogany, with its dark tone and deep grain, gives the wooden reception desk a classic, authoritative elegance: a material choice consistent with the prestigious setting of the residential tower in Milan.
Front and top are coordinated in dark finishes, with panels dimensioned to design and joined in the joinery workshop to follow the geometry of the lobby without visual interruptions.
All woodworking was carried out in the joinery of the GP Design workshop in Vicenza, Italy — from shaping to finishing — followed by installation in Milan: the hallmark of bespoke contract furniture.
